In last 20 years, have trained more than 2000 graduates in intensive personal coaching sessions of 15 to 18 sittings in groups of around 20 with simulated Group Discussions with audio/video recording and feedback on real-time basis. More than 450 ex-participants are at various levels of management hierarchy in PSUs & Banks. More than 80 students have cracked the GDPI of IIMs & other premier B-Schools and another 100+ students in other MBA courses. Almost every participant of the programs has reported a life-changing improvement in Confidence, Clarity of Objectives and Communication skills. Marked improvement in Interpersonal and Group Behaviour helpful in enhancing the Emotional Intelligence.
