NEP perspective :
# Positives of NEP
1. Flexible subject options.
2.more focus on vocational studies in school level.
3.importance of board exam reduced and exams conducted twice a year.
4. Coding to be taught class 6th onwards.
5.6% of GDP to be used on education ( currently its 3%).
6.NEP aims to make education more holistic and skill oriented resulting in elimination of rote-learning. (M.Phil is abolished)
7. After class 12 multiple entry exit programme which is widely adopted in developed nations too.
8. NEP 2020 Opens Doors for foreign universities (top 100 )to set up their campuses in India .
9. By 2030 compulsory for teachers to have B. Ed degree ( either 4yr integrated or 2 yr)
10. Along with teachers evaluation in report cards student's self evaluation is also included which will inculcate a better self introspection sense in the students.

#Negatives of NEP
1.states concern was ignored in NEP making.
2. Use of regional language upto 5th class may trouble movement of parents from one place to another.
3.Its seems more theoretical than practical as availability of teacher for these many variety of subjects and teachers training for vast variety of subjects is a big challenge.
