In my opinion, you need to start talking to as many people as you can! They could be your friends or friends of friends, neighbour etc. Talk to them in English and remember that you are not connecting with them for the sake of speaking in English, but also to know them in generals. Your hesitation in speaking in English will soon disappear, and you feel more confident in your regular errands. This steps shall be taken by you only! So now starting preparing a list of people and talk to them. Have faith in you and everything fall in your indulgence! Best of luck!

You just need to think before you speak instead of thinking about others! Many people do mistake because of the fear what other people think. Forget about others. Think about yourself and improve your language proficiency if there is any gap. Be confident. It's just a language, and the whole world is capable enough to learn it! Best of luck :)
