IdentityI am a motivating teacher who loves to inculcate knowledge through friendly talks generate inquisitiveness via class discussions assignments and take keen interest to develop the confidence in a student that yes he or she can do much better.
Instead of creating a strict student teacher relationship I maintain a friendly environment where he is free to ask questions and feel free to enjoy the class thus it increases the maximum attendance too.
Thus I have conducted classes in library in college campus focussing on students problem giving solution providing equal importance and time to each child and ensuring that they perform well in topics they choose. Thus class is studying but with a fun filled environment.
