I am Neelam Boora, a Yoga Therapist & Instructor. My first experience with yoga was when I suffered from urticaria, anxiety, acidity, vertigo and bleeding piles. I have suffered from all these issues for nearly one and a half year and then there comes a time when I joined yoga after taking allopathic & homeopathic treatments. I was of opinion that rest of my life I would live with these problems. But with each passing day I realized and learned the hidden and wonderful benefits of yoga and my health start improving. Today when I look back I realized that my life has changed drastically. I have done my masters degree in Pharmacy but find yoga more effective in coping up with day to day life stress and in management of diseases. Then I did my yoga instructor course from SVYASA University, Karnataka and Post Graduate diploma in yoga therapy from Morarji Desi National Institute of Yoga, New Delhi and now perusing my M.Sc. in yogic Science from SVYASA University. Now, due to ongoing pandemic I am conducing online yoga classes to spread this ancient knowledge of our Rishis to people like me in more simplified and elaborative form. For better understanding and coordination we are taking only 10-12 members in a batch. So let’s join to discover the wonderful pathway of your own life.
