IdentityTeaching is just opposite to it's word sense.because it requires more reading capacity.reading capacity means reading of child.As you know child is not a book that you like to read in English,Hindi and different types of languages.
Importance of reading:-Teacher is a farmer and child is their crop.Two farmer decided to overview their fields (ie crop).one of them will return to view their crop from distant looking good.but other gone to his fields and swipe their crop through his hand and found some extra plant that can destruct his main crop in future so finally,he gets better crop than Frist one.that's all and thanks.
