WORKOUT LENGTH AND FREQUENCY:
The average individual workout session is between 45-60 minutes in length. While this program is designed to be used 5 days per week, it can easily be adjusted to less or more depending on your schedule and existing workout plan.
The workout is designed to increase your muscle mass as much as possible in 24 weeks. Works each muscle group hard once per week using mostly heavy compound exercises. You will train on a 5 day split routine, resting on the weekends. The workout split will progress to an advanced level, to a 3 day split, as you get deeper into the meat of the program. To get the most out of this program you need to be eating BIG. Big meals, at least 5 times a day. Customized Diet programs will be provided to suit individual needs.
The workouts will also make strong and agile, as I use a combination of functional and hypertrophy movements along with mobility drills.
