My name is Manav Sethi. I a certified yoga teacher, training from last two years both online and offline. I lives in Delhi. Yoga is the connection of body and soul. It strengthens you not just from outside but inside too. Its not restricted to body building it also aims making you mentally stable and strong. My experience taught me to practice yoga as per my student requirement. How to modify the poses so that they can get the benefits of same pose.
