IdentityWe are a group of certified yoga teachers who teach yoga at home and corporate sector. Our special focus is on improving and maintaining fitness and relieving stress and tension. We also focused on curing various ailments through yoga techniques like - Asan, Pranayam, Meditation, Relaxation and Shatkarma- Neti, Dhoti, Kunjal, Shankh Prakshalan etc to cure the disease from it's roots.
We are here from about 14 years. Our yoga teachers are well qualified and have certified from UGC approved colleges and universities. We teach on result oriented basis styles. Our mentor Hari Singh Bhupesh is well qualified, he is B. Tech. and M.A.from University of Rajasthan and also qualified UGC- NET in political science, he has got P.G. diploma in Yoga from Shri Lal Bahadur Shashtri Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeeth, Katwaria Sarai, Delhi which is a UGC approved deemed University. He is fully devoted himself to explore yoga and it's culture all over the globe. He launched himself for the service right from 1992. Our other yoga teachers too engaged for the same.
