"Before 1 year, I was somebody who get tensed over the most trivial matters. There were instances when I couldn't sleep for weeks due to stress related to job training. I used to call my mom and cry and tell her that I couldn't manage this. I was also suffering from asthmatic problems regularly. Every 1 month or so, I will be down with this most hated disease. Whenever I get a cold, it would eventually result in asthma, no matter whatever treatment I do. Once I decided to start running in the morning with my friends. After the first 100m approx. , I became so tired that I was unable to move an inch further. This really was an eye opener for me. I decided to do something, else I thought I could reach nowhere. I had earlier attended a basic course of yoga some 5 years ago. This actually turned out to be a great advantage. I browsed internet and YouTube and started practising yoga daily. Started with 3 rounds of SuryaNamaskar and max 30 times Kapal bhatti(I couldn't do more initially). Slowly and steadily I increased the number of rounds. I could see the benefits in about 1 month. My anxiety began to reduce and I could concerntrait in my task better. I could run long distances without any fuss. Asthma came to irritate me only once during the past 1 year. And that too, never with the same vigour - I was alright after two days. My chest and belly fat burned and body shape improved. I feel energetic the whole day. Now, daily, I do 12 rounds Surya namaskar, 300 times Kapal bhatti (in 3 rounds), bhastrika pranayam, ujaayi breathing, shitali pranayam, 5 minutes meditation and cobra pose. Everything is getting better for me day by day. So, if you have decided to start Yoga, I must say Well Done. Better study the techniques from a qualified teacher. You will start to reap the benefits within a month."
