"I got personal training from him. I got amazing results. The best part of ashish is he has the medical knowledge of all problems we can face while exercise. While exercise he keeps track on pulse rate of mine. I was having disc problem so to keep that in mind he worked on my back first he made my back so strong so that i was able to do other exercises. "Due to covid situation I was so anxious about my increasing body weight but then I came to know about Ashish through my common friend and decided to give a try and I am glad to take this decision. He is really amazing. Everything from the budget and care he puts together into his work is astonish. I can't say enough. It feels like here he truly take an interest in their clients and want to push them to thier potential. There were days I were a greasy, but now anyone see would me will be stunned at what I achieved with all the approbation to Ashish. The amount of change I've seen in my body both muscle definition as well as the progress I've made being able to do each of workouts.. It's remarkable. From my side it's 10/10. "

"I just finished my 16 classes with Ashish and I have already started seeing a difference in myself. I am definitely losing inches and feeling much more energetic throughout the day. My biggest problem with working out was the lack of discipline and he has made all the difference - he is insistent on having 4 classes a week and always shows up in time. I also suffer from hypothyroidism and he pays special attention to my dietary as well as exercise needs based on the condition. I would definitely continue to workout with him and recommend him to anyone who is willing to make a difference in their lives. "

"I had put a requirement for a personal trainer. This guy contacted me and said he is interested. I told him my budget was 8k. He said he will do it for 9k and take 5 sessions a week. He said first month il take 9k but if you want me to continue the 2nd month I will take 12k. We agreed! I told him ill need a trial session which he said is not free of charge and will tk 500rs for the same. We started with the sessions and after the 3rd one he wanted full payment in advance. I insisted on half the amount but he convinced me that its full. So I paid! And the next day he took an off. And thereafter the sessions became irregular as one day he tire got punctured on some days he was travelling to jaipur, body building training and so on and so forth. In the beginning in ways of negotiation he never mentioned his travel expenses. Also he said he would train according to my time and schedule. He even use to ask me what time was comfortable. As soon as he got the money he started giving me his own times. After almost 20 days and 10 sessions I decided to discontinue.As these sessions were highly irregular. Because he would tk an off on his convenience I could hardly take an off on mine. 9000 fir 20 sessions so he now owes me 4500 but has refused and said would only return 2500. Or else I tk his other sessions to overcome the money spent. Highly unprofessional chap, unethical and supremely laid back. Your talent is of no good."
