With over 30 years of experience, I specialize in teaching interview skills, negotiation skills, soft skills, and MBA subjects such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM). My academic background includes a Master's in International Business, which has equipped me with in-depth knowledge and expertise in these areas.

My teaching career spans prestigious institutions such as IIFT, IIT Delhi, Birla Institute of Technology, TERI University, and School of Inspired Soils. I have also worked at institutes like Great Lakes Institute and GD Goenka University. Beyond academia, I have conducted corporate training programs for management development at organizations including BHEL, HUL, RBI, and the Federation of Indian Export Organisations.

I have served in significant roles such as the Advisory Board of Birla Institute of Management and Technology and as a member of selection and placement committees at IIFT and TERI University respectively.
