This Depends on your usage if you have a continuous work use one year licence or 3 monts or 1 month So its depend on the requirement you have. But if you are a college student you can create an account on Autodesk site & you will get one year licence free of cost not for three years but yes you can renew your licence every year as student.

The Autodesk Certification is valid for One year only although certificate will remain with you & you can verify the same through Autodesk sites. & Cost of exam is fix but yes there are some partners which is offering some discounts on certification.
