I have been working as a freelance consultant in the Fashion Design. I have experience of a total of 34 years in teaching and consultancy in Fashion Designing in specialized fields of pattern making and garment manufacturing. I have worked as an Associate professor with Pearl Academy in New Delhi for 22 years and visiting professor at National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) in Delhi for 4 years.
I have also conducted workshops with students in various centers of International Institute of Fashion Design (INIFD) and Kolkata University.
My experience expands right from teaching students at institutes to providing consultancy to industries, conducting faculty development program and researching on Pattern Making.
During the whole course of my career, I have published books and numerous articles focusing on Pattern Making and Garment Manufacturing. My latest research is on Men’s wear pattern technology, which includes Indian wear as well.
