The focus is to conduct mock interviews to make the students confident in all respects. The body language and the verbal skills are honed . I also practice with students on a one to one basis so that they can share their personal requirements. The group discussion are also done as they are mostly a part of the interview process. The students are made aware of all aspects of group discussion. I help students to write their resume and draft cover letters. One to one coaching and small Batches are mostly catered to .Individual attention is very essential in preparation for an interview,so as to achieve a positive result. I have been conducting these training programs in various professional colleges and providing feedback helps to achieve desired outcomes. The interview skills training is important in terms of verbal and non verbal communication skills and both the aspects are expected to be good for a candidate appearing for any interview. I have trained students who have successfully cracked their college interviews,defence interviews and job interviews.
