I am a dedicated yoga teacher with a passion for spreading the benefits of yoga to others. Since 2017, I have been actively teaching yoga, helping individuals of all ages and backgrounds to improve their physical and mental well-being through the practice of yoga.
Qualifications:
Completed a 6-month yoga course, 200hrs TTC course, and PG Diploma in yoga. acquiring a solid foundation in various yoga asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation practices. Undertook an advanced teacher training course to enhance my teaching skills and deepen my understanding of yoga philosophy.
Earned a diploma in yoga from a prestigious institution, furthering my knowledge in the field of yoga and its therapeutic applications.
Teaching Approach: My teaching approach revolves around creating a nurturing and inclusive environment for students to explore their bodies, minds, and spirits through the practice of yoga. I strive to customize classes to meet the unique needs of individuals, offering modifications and variations to accommodate different levels of experience and physical abilities. I emphasize proper alignment, breath awareness, and mindfulness to help students cultivate a deeper connection with themselves and find balance on and off the mat.
