IdentityLife is journey which teaches us something at every step, it us who need to be careful to learn new things every moment. Experience is something which gives you wisdom, it teaches you all that what you can never learn in a school or college. My motive is to share my experiential learnings with you, which is based more on the practical learning rather than the theoritical knowledge. I have 15+ years of Professional experience in Corporate at different positions with a strong training and coaching background, which I would like to leverage and share what I've learnt with the world.
Unlike traditional training methods, I use a completely different approach. My sessions involve a lot of group discussion and involvement of the learnings through activities and exercises. I don't believe in making mature people sit in the class and give lectures to them. Moreover, I take small groups/ batches so that I can focus on every individual's need and make sure that every individual goes back with something which they can implement in their lives and get benefited.
