Anish Ramola

Born and raised in the peaceful hills of Uttarakhand, Anish Ramola was introduced to the world of yoga at a young age, surrounded by nature, spirituality, and the simplicity of mountain life. What began as a curiosity soon turned into a lifelong passion.

In his early years, Anish struggled with restlessness and lack of focus—like many young people. It was yoga that helped him find balance, discipline, and a deeper connection to himself. Anish trained under experienced gurus and completed his certified yoga teacher training, diving deep into asanas, pranayama, meditation, and yogic philosophy. With a calm presence and a compassionate heart, he began sharing what he learned—with friends, family, and eventually, students from all walks of life.

Today, Anish Ramola is a proud yoga teacher at Kunwar Yoga Classes, where he teaches everyone from beginners to advanced practitioners. His teaching is grounded, approachable, and full of warmth.
