To help someone enhance their communication skills is mainly about enabling them to experiment with the language. Once we start playing with the given language, without the fears of making mistakes, we are sure to make a headway. So, in my career, I have helped people fall in love with English, make it a part of their daily life and enjoy the learning process. My main focus is the practical use of English in one's life, and use that as the teaching context. Designing activities which involve you as a learner, and make you participate actively in each part of the lesson is how I make my classes enjoyable and learning outcomes-focused. Depending on your needs and areas for development, each activity focuses on some specific area of communication skills or the other. I have successfully taught across various age groups; college goer youngsters to working professionals with huge professional experience. My belief as a teacher is; Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn.
