There are five types of sides movement according to Natyashastra those are Natta, Unnata Pprasharita, Vivarthita. Aqstpta those movements need to be learned by particular training class.

first month, just do exercise for dance, and then choose either bollywood or freestyle, you'll learn faster if you will give your first month to dance exercises and warmups.

Hi, I have not learnt dancing before though I have passion for music. I feel little hesitant dancing when I go to cubs or pubs. Specially dancing with friends who are girls since i am not aware of the steps. I am wondering if any one can be assist for me. I m 26 but i m fit and belong from a sports background. Thnx.
