I would say there are certain levels of hip hop. If you want at this age, start as a beginner and let your interest decide, what level it takes you to.Beginner Hip Hop has significant light steps which we usually do at any party in pubs bars. So, it won't be difficult.

I have best certified professional trainer for dance and fitness classes for all age groups.

Yes, you can start dance at any age, but you have to consult the doctor first if you have any issues in backbone or knees. Otherwise, start with groove and drills do some hip hop party moves to make yourself comfortable after that focus on what you want to learn, and practice.
