If you can speak your Mother tounge then you can speak English also.It is like you need to have input if you want Output. when you put a cd in the Drive the song can be heard only if CD contents Some Songs Copied on it .A Empty CD can not play songs. If you can speak your Mother tounge then you can speak English also.It is like you need to have input if you want Output. when you put a cd in the Drive the song can be heard only if CD contents Some Songs Copied on it .A Empty CD can not play songs. Same way if you dont have input of English Lanugage on Daily Basis you are finding it difficult to speak. so Listen / read as much as you can.You need to develop skills of thinking in English so ,output also can come in english.Feel free to Talk to me if need more Advice read less
