  1. VOCABULARY - Follow these steps please.  1.  Newspaper reading 2.  Referring Dictionary  3.  Noting-down the meanings  4.  Re-reading the article  5.  Analyze if the meaning fits  6.  Trying to practice in immediate close family / friends' circle.  7.  Constant usage helps.  All the best.
  2. SPOKEN LANGUAGE - Follow these steps please.  1.  Identify a good Trainer who knows your mother-tongue well.  2.  Pick Grammar (Preposition, SVA & Modals) & Choice of words, through your home-spoken language.  3.  Story writing, Mock conversation, Story telling helps.  4.  Commit mistakes with no shy whatsoever.  5.  Trainer to correct you, as many times.  6.  Implement real-time.  For sure, you would be good at it.
  3. SPELLING & PRONUNCIATION - Follow these steps please.  1.  Identify a good trainer who knows Phonetics & Rules of Spelling. 2.  Follow rules.  3.  Constant repeated practice helps.  4.  Newspaper reading  5.  Identification of Variances, Deviations & Adherences helps, with help of Trainer 6.  Analyze the patterns, with help of Trainer.  7.  Writing through Dictation 8.  Verbally speaking-out the spellings helps very much.  That's it.
