The ability to influence a potential customer can be divided into the following phases:-

Phase One- The appearance of the salesperson is important to attract any potential buyer

Phase Two - Polite etiquette is of paramount importance in any customer- seller relationship.

Phase Three- Power of expression, written and spoken is also equally important to close a sale.

Phase Four- Listen to the customer politely and answer his /her questions in a satisfactory manner.

Phase Five: closing the sale requires greater skill, and the promise of after sale service and follow up will ensure customer to come back to you for more
