X^X = 2^11 = 2048 =4.837^4.837 or (4.837 to the power of 4.873). Hence Value of X = 4.837 (approx)..............

i.e. X^X= 2048 i.e. X = 4.8 (4^4=256; 5^5=3125. Hence the answer should clearly be between 4 and 5)

X^X = 2^11 = 2048 ,base and its power, both are same so value must be same , (4^4=256; 5^5=3125. so, the answer must be between 4 and 5) (4.837 to the power of 4.873 = 2048) Hence x = 4.873

x to the power x = 2048 Since, 4 to the power 4 = 256, 5 to the power 5 = 3125, the value of x must be between 4 and 5. Again since 2048 is closer to 3125, value of x must be closer to 5. This can not be solved algebraically. Using numerical methods we will get x = 4.837
