Due to law of conservation of momentum .since initial momentum was zero.And no external force is there so boat will move in apposite direction with such a velocity so that net momentum of man and boat become zero

It is due to conservation of momentum. Initially the net momentum was zero as the boat was in rest. When he gets down, his velocity will be in one direction and hence the boat moves in opposite direction so that final momentum is zero.

When a man jumps out from boat then due to conservation of linear momentum, boat has to move backward. This is just like when an object is shot by pistol, the moment bullet leaves pistol with high velocity ,pistol gets back force.

As per Newton's third law of motion, every action has an equal and opposite reaction. So when a man jumps out from a boat, he basically pushes the boat backwards and in reaction the boat pushes him forward.
