To understand and control them you reduce your age to their age in mind and act... be friendly and strict as when needed... both should be 50:50. If any one exceeds they'l be out of control...

Education is the key to success in life

Hello...There is no need to control students...As an educator,I never control my students.I believe in motivating students and encouraging them to excel.Nothing can substitute self motivation. Once that is achieved, sincerity and success automatically follows.

To control the class first of all teacher must have subject command.First impression is the best impression . When we enter in to the first class we must be reserved.Don't give more freedom to the students in the class . After getting grip on the children then we can give some freedom.

Students learn their constitutional rights consist of three foundational principles: freedom, justice, and equality. Freedom means students are able to be themselves and have the right to express themselves through their behavior and opinions. Educators have a responsibility to protect and respect students’ individuality and acknowledge their right to make choices for themselves. Justice means students have a right to school rules and consequences that are fair to everyone. The right to justice also means students accused of misbehavior have the right to tell their side of the story. For educators to listen to students in matters of concern and consider their views, demonstrates a sincere respect for a student’s sense of self worth. Equality means an equal educational opportunity for each student. It means meeting the individual needs of every student in order to give each a chance to succeed in school. The educator who tells a student ‘If I let you do that, I will have to let everyone else do it,’ may be denying that students an equal opportunity to learn, if in fact that student needs special assistance in order to find success in school. Equality does not mean treating every student the same. It means educators will respond to students’ individual needs so each will have an opportunity to succeed. read less

First study the child, whether he/she is comfortable with you and able to understand your teaching .Come down to the students’ level and go with them. Find out which is more interesting for them to take up like worksheets or writing notes or orals. Also try to understand whether they are in the full form to learn a new chapter both physically & mentally (because they are teens). Don’t point or high light their weaknesses but motivate them by high lighting their strengths and try to utilise these strengths for their academic progress. Have some activities (prepare worksheets in Puzzles, Sudoku, General knowledge or some interesting chapters in maths-should be easy) in between the class, so they don’t find any stress. Have a break. Prepare a schedule what to be done for the week and involve parents to sign in that. Give them weekly test and make sure they recall what they studied for the week. This schedule should be followed daily both by students & parents. When all three of us work together (Parents, Teacher & Student) we can definitely make the student sincere in our class. read less
