Hey Manju, you just need a course on basics and grammar and need to know the technicalities of the language . Then you would surely improve at it and also you need to say me where you are going wrong.

You have to start with the basics of grammar. You can start with reading books. Everyone says reading of lesson is the must. Again start watching English movies with subtitles. Read grammar basics and don't forget to use dictionary. Approach any friend or someone who can speak fluent English because you can read by yourself but you need someone who can guide you if you make any mistakes in grammatical portion otherwise you will not figure it out where did you got wrong. If possible you can also join online classes but try to watch movies with subtitles and read books in a regular manner. Then if you find any change try to communicate in English while texting. Also pay attention to how people pronounce words and how they communicate in English. Good luck!
