Punctuations: All punctuations exists basically to help readers understand what you wish to say.Punctaution marks make the meaning of writing clear and understandable.

There are many punctuations such as:

a. Full Stop [.]:

1) Full stop is used at the end of all the sentences. The next word should normally begin with a capital letter. 

E.g. i) I never drink tea.

       ii) Lets gofora swim.

       iii) Sit on this more comfortable chair.

2) Full stop is used after abbrevations.

E.g. i) She also kept dogs, cats, birds, etc.

       ii) She also kept pets (dogs, cats, birds, etc.).

3) When a sentence concludes with a quotation which itself ends with a fullstop.

E.g. i) She said, "Please get me a glass of water."

       ii) He cried, "Be off!"

b. Question Mark [?]: Question mark follows every question which expects a separate answer. The next word should began with a capital letter. 

E.g. i) Who told you that story?

       ii) What is the name of that person?

c. Exclamatory Mark [!]: We use exclamation mark to express our feelings of surprise, happiness, dislike, regret, etc. 

E.g. i) What a beautiful flower it is! 

       ii) Hurray! We won the match.

d. Comma [,]: A comma is used to separate the list of items or series. 

E.g. i) He likes red, blue and green colours.

       ii) For breakfast we had bread, butter, tea and some eggs.
