1. While you have to stick to the points mentioned in the question, it doesn't mean that you can copy the sentences and change them. It will only make you lose points.
2. Instead, focus on producing simple sentences with say conjunction, a couple of prepositions, case sensitive articles and so on.
3. The aim of this exercise in the exam is to test if you understand German enough to produce a text on your own or not. It is not about listing every single word you know in German; it is not a memory recall test.
