Follow Some steps to get a better result
1.Sleep on time & take complete-time 6-8hrs
2.Woke up at 6to 7 o clock in the morning
3.take a long breath, drink some water (min 1 glass)
4. Do Yoga & exercise (min for 10-5 min)
5. Don't use Mobile till late night & time of arising.
