Maths requires us to memorize the procedure of solving a problem and we memorize the steps of solving a problem by practising it , repeating the same procedures of solving a problem many times in different context till the time we are confident that now we can apply this procedure.

In the rectangle OBXC, OD=DX and AB=DC given. So it a parrallelogram. Hene FB is parallel to CX and OC(Hence FC is parallel to BX. Hence in the traingle ABX, AO:AX = AF: AB Proved
