It depends.
If you feel you are weak in a particular subject and need some additional support other than school assignments then yes you must go for it.
Some subjects like science and maths really helps you in further classes if your base is strong in 9&10 . Therefore if you feel it's not a cup of tea for you to manage alone these subjects and if you you can afford tutor please go for it.
