"An eccentric teacher, wise beyond his years and a trustworthy companion. It was an absolute bundle of fun and excitement learning Spanish from him. You can never go wrong with choosing this one. I learnt more from him than the official level 1-2 books. This is the teacher you choose to learn a new language with, for he teaches you the right pronunciations, variations, roots of words and phrases. And he absolutely entertains any nonsense in our written or spoken sessions as long as it shows our creativity and improves our language skills.I would have loved to continue further levels in Spanish with him, had it not been for my own personal, career oriented examinations coming around the corner. Would recommend 11/10. "

The idea is how you learn. The number of years and hours you put into it doesn't matter. The way you know it makes a difference.
First, I'd suggest you go for passive learning, listen to conversations and music as much as possible, as without knowing the culture of a language, you will never be a native to it.
Secondly, while you talk, even be it a piece of one lined information, have your phone next to you to record. Play it as soon as you're done. If you sound different to a native, keep improvising as long as you're happy with your sounds.
Choose one accent, don't go with Spanish and south / Latin American accent, fix one and go for it.
Ultimately, even a C2 in Spanish or any language is called a near-native as a native. One needs to live in the country to be one with the language. As Charlemagne said, " to have another language is to possess a second soul."
Don't try to learn a language; try to acquire it.

Studying is studying no matter what the mode of instruction and training is, and your perseverance must remain the same. It's just an extended wielded psychology that classrooms provide the best learning experience. Yes, it is genuine; however, it appears so as it has been ingrained into us for years, and the new online transformed classes are changing this outdated perspective. So yes, online tuitions will help you score high exactly as how a regular classroom-based tuition would.
