Teaching Experience in detail in Spoken English classes

I started teaching English because I love teaching profession. English is used as a link language across the world to communicate with each other. Now a days, learning English is imperative so as to excel or have an edge in the chosen industry. I have been teaching English for the past three years. I see teaching as a noble profession because a teacher not only helps students to obtain skill that is prerequisite to get a job but also contribute in molding the younger generation with ethics, problem solving skill and interpersonal skill. In fact, the teacher playing a vital role in molding a healthy young generation by inculcating these values in them. Being friendly, caring and willing to go the extra mile to understand each student are some of my key strengths. I rubbed shoulder with students from different age group ranging from 10 to 35. I had a memorable experience with different age group during the training, as this generation shows a lot of interest, dedication and passionate when it comes to learning. I always believe that teaching is a group activity. As a teacher there is so much to lean from each student or candidate, in fact, true learning takes place when everyone from the group open to learn from each other. It is equally true for the teacher as well. So far, I have trained a few hundred candidates from different walks of life. I got the positive review from all the candidates. It motivates me to take this profession to the next level and I feel I must work hard and stay humble to achieve or accomplish a lot in the near future.
