"I have been associated with this gym for about 4 years now. They have qualified trainers and good equipments for Strength training and Cardio when compared to other branded gyms. Boot camp training is something unique that is being provided here. A very good fat burning exercise. I would suggest this as the best Gym at chennai."

"The best Fitness center at Chennai, Great to have well learned and educated trainers. Boot camp, aerobics and weight sessions are great. its got good free weights. i leg pressed 230Kilos and the gym was still not out of weights! its good to round off a weeks workout with a relaxing steam session. The cardio floor is separated which is indeed required for the sanity of the gym, Music system is great with Blaupunkt audio, lockers are pretty decent . over all a great experience at the gym!"
