Since English is my first language, I have been teaching the language and its literature to school and college students since 1975. After my master's degree, I opted to teach at a school. After I had my teaching degree, I taught at SBOA School(CBSE). Then, in 1992, I travelled to Oman to teach English to Higher Secondary School students for the Ministry of Education of the Sultanate of Oman. Back in India, I taught students at Sishya, Chennai. Then, I moved to the UK to get the MA - TESOL from the University of Leicester where I continued to tutor higher secondary school students on a part-time basis. Then I gained the CELTA too. Now, I train for soft skills and teach both the language and its literature in Chennai.
