I am a part time teacher who's been teaching and interacting with children for a while, about 4 years. I give classes for children in phonics (sounds of letters) , grammar and skill development and with whatever I teach, I try to maximum bring in a creative twist and the most important part, the child's happiness. Since I've been speaking English more like as my native language, my fluency is pretty proficient. I am an avid reader and love exploring cultures through language as I am a linguist on progress. I will be TEFL certified in 2 weeks and planning to teach English abroad. My key skills lie in improving the holistic skills of children and not just teaching Spoken English. I have engaged a lot with children online with various activities ranging from Story Telling at IBM,Podar Jumbo Kids, Softlayer companies, to puppet shows and screening movies, making children interview people. As a teacher, I believe in catering to the child's reading, listening, thinking and writing skills, whilst involving creativity with fun activities,games and joy.
