I am an experienced International Taekwon-Do Instructor and Examiner. I am a Certified International Taekwondo Instructor and Examiner in Tamilnadu. I am a Fifth Degree Black Belt. I am teaching Taekwondo and Hapkido to the Students, Adults both men and women, children. 1. I am appointed as a Taekwondo Teacher at ManuelMony Matriculation School, Thiruvanmiyur for more than 10 years. 2. I am conducting classes for MN Gayathiri Charities, a Charitable Trust working for Fishermen Community at Foreshore Estate, Chennai. I am teaching Taekwondo to the children of that area, both boys and girls, school and college students. 3. Running 5 private classes at various places in Chennai. 4. Taking private classes for adults and children. 5. Regularly updating myself by going various Taekwondo and Hapkido Workshops both in India and abroad. So far, I have visited and practiced in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Nepal. 6. One of the internationally known person in the Taekwondo World.

Taekwondo is more effective or karate?

Both Martial Arts have unique values. It depends on how a student practices hard and continuously and execute whenever necessary. Karate and Taekwondo are in sports and have different rules. In self-defence situations, both arts are beneficial.

can we people teach self defence training to corporate employee

Yes. We can. If they come under a curriculam of any martial art. If they want only situational self defense methods good. That too they have to practice regularly like weekly thrice or 4 times. After 20 hours and 30 hours training they stop training they will forgot every thing and if a situation... ...more
Yes. We can. If they come under a curriculam of any martial art. If they want only situational self defense methods good. That too they have to practice regularly like weekly thrice or 4 times. After 20 hours and 30 hours training they stop training they will forgot every thing and if a situation slightly changes when they face in reallife they will be looser. Martial art training for 2 1/2 to 3 years make them use variety of blocks, attacking techniques and it will become a part of their whole life. These training for 3 years will make them to face any situation and use their presence of mind and use appropriate techniques depends upon the situation, place, etc. So what I am insisting if any corporate undertake the self defence training they must do it in a regular basis and not come to an end after some stipulated hours of training.
