I am an experienced Yoga educator. With over twenty-seven years of experience in practising and teaching Yoga, I hold a Diploma in Yoga Education and have completed my Teacher Training in Yoga. One of my proudest achievements is organising an individual Yoga competition in my Yoga academy, WESFA, where over 1000 students participated across 100 levels. I have also provided Home training, conducted classes in colleges, and schools, and have trained numerous students from different age groups. <br/>I aim to bring the numerous health benefits of Yoga to people and create awareness about its importance. As a Yoga trainer, I offer Diploma Yoga courses and certification classes to students. I teach Yoga, Meditation, and Yoga Diploma Courses online and offline, catering to students over five. My classes are a mix of practical and theoretical, where I focus on teaching my students the correct posture, breathing techniques, and the right way to meditate. <br/>Through this channel, I share valuable information about Yoga, its benefits, and the right way to practice it. I also provide regular updates on the classes and workshops that I conduct. In addition to this, I also provide notes to my students to help them revise and understand the concepts taught in class.
