I will provide both visual and verbal cues to lead the class in easy, simple dance and fitness moves. During the class, you can expect Latin music, different Latin dance styles, and a variety of fitness exercises such as lunges, squats, and bicep curls.The class will start with a warm-up, progress to intervals of faster and slower tempos, and end with a cooldown and stretch. Most Zumba classes are done without special equipment, It needs lot of repetition and patience initially. After a few classes you will begin to recognize the basic steps. Even if you can’t do a step, just move however the music makes you feel. There is no wrong or right way to Zumba. At the end of six months, you can see enormous changes in your body shape and definitely you can able to burn 1000 calories in an hour.

Initially I have approached famous dance company in Chennai but was not satisfied with their service and interaction. "I would say, he is the best Zumba instructor so far i met !! I have been in US for 7 years and followed zumba activities for almost 1 year. Once I moved to chennai, due to less physical activity, change in life cycle, food habits, my weight increased from 58 to 74. Thinking to start zumba or aerobics and searching for a good trainer. I stayed in Nugambakkam and found many classes but i was not satisfied with the trainer. Then came to know about Raja through my friend. Since he don't provide classes in near by my area, thinking to go with personal training at my home. But he is so busy and most expensive person to hire. I have been waiting him for one month, gathered some people in my apartment and finally he accepted to take classes by morning in weekly two days basis for 2.5k per month for a person and he agreed for totally 10 classes monthly. Finally I quench my long days thirst. He is the one where we were looking for!! Interactive, comfortable more than the ladies trainer, easy and effective moves. His way of teaching is completely different and sure, he will give good results if you follow him perfectly. Awesome training and able to tone my thigh, waist areas as expected. After three months, I could feel change in my body and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, I moved to Bangalore and asking him for online classes now!! "I learnt salsa from Raja for the function. He came to our home and taught us. Basically, I and my hubby were not expert in salsa, and I was little bit reluctant before we hire him. The time we start, he made us more comfortable. The steps were too good and easy to catch according to our need. He increased our interest towards dance and the whole class is full of fun and laugh. He is good at sense of humor and awesome at any kind of dance style :) Just loved his Latin dance moves. He is not the kind of choreographer who will see the time and teach you, extend and have more patience to teach you at any number of times. I strongly recommend him for salsa, tango and kind of Latin dance style to learn in chennai.
