Teaching is my passion, it's a part of my life, becoming a teacher was an accident in my life, my career started as a accounts manager since I finished my B.com worked for 3yrs and found that I did not get any Job satisfaction so I left the job, and joined M.A and completed my B.Ed also and then got offer in a nearby school and joined there, when I started moving with the children I started loving the job and children, children also started loving my class as well, since when I start a topic I go with all Real life examples which is relevant to the topic, to complete a lesson it will take me two weeks at least, I collect more information from various sources and give them, so children were always eager to attend my class, after I finish a topic they need to do a presentation and a project on it, which makes them understand more and makes them interesting, this is about my regular teaching skills. Spoken English classes I start with two letter words with meaning I see to the pronunciation, this goes upto 4 or 5 classes, then I have a oral session, if they r confident then move on to the next level,to start the sentences it will nearly take at least a month depending upon the students learning capacity, allow them to speak in broken sentences and then in full sentences without any grammar mistakes.I give more and more topics and make them to prepare for it like creating a story or give a topic and they need to prepare on it,This is all about my teaching skills.
