David Jedidiah Elijah Paul

I am a School Topper and Gold Medallist in English in 12th Grade. I have participated and won in several Oratorical, Poetry and Dramatics competitions. My mother is an English Professor at a Goverment College. All members in our family including grandparents converse only in English at home and hence, we are fluent in English.

I have completed my Mechanical Engineering at VIT University. I scored the highest mark of 73 out of 75 in English grammar during the VIT entrance exam. I also scored an Outstanding grade (S grade) in my first year English subject during my Engineering.

After completion of my B.Tech degree, I took up National and International Examinations; the International Exams being GRE and TOEFL, and the National Exams CAT and XAT. I appeared for all the above exams without any coaching. I scored 76 percentile in CAT and 71 percentile in XAT without any preparation. I scored 310 out of 340 for my GRE and 108 out of 120 for my TOEFL. I scored a perfect score of 30 out of 30 in the 'Speaking Section' of TOEFL.

Having written my CAT exam, I went on to complete my Masters in Business Administration at Loyola (LIBA) in Chennai last year (2022).

I would like to take up teaching English as it was and is my favourite subject since my school days.
