I am a certified Business English professional from British English Council.English language and tutoring is my strength. The Phonics curriculum I designed contain equal proportion of play-learn technique that help kids develop self interest in learning the sounds of alphabets. Only one sound is taught per class so the kids build a strong foundation for the sounds and words and they start segmenting the words and blending the sounds to form a word with great comfort and ease. Worksheet,activities, stories help them recall and remember the sounds taught. Vocabulary of the kids get enhanced as they are asked to write as many words as possible relating to the sound taught. All the subjects are taught in English.Only if kids can read words, can they write words. Outcome: 1. Kids read faster without memorizing the words as they apply a rule to synthesize words. 2. Gradually they start writing English passages, thereby the creative skill of kids get improved. 3.Kids start applying the learnt technique in their daily life like reading name boards. 4.In total,the reading and writing skills of the kids are way ahead of their peers.

I am a certified Business English professional from British English Council. English language and tutoring is my strength. I am so good at presentations and delivering lectures . I personally felt most employees (finance, IT, education) are equipped with strong technical skills but lack in their soft skills, especially communication. That is the time when I started framing a curriculum to help students (aged 8-15 years) to create a strong foundation in communicative skills at an early age. If this Communication base is made strong in their school or college days then their guts to face their peers or higher officials or clients would be a cake walk. Public Speaking is the best tool to teach communication along with instilling self-confidence in children so that they get shaped to face the varied facets of the world as they grow up.
