I am a self-employed professional (ex-banker) with over 40 years of work experience. I have worked in several banks in India and overseas (New Zealand). I lived in New Zealand and worked for a few top organizations, specializing in operational risk and compliance management.

While working in India as well as in NZ, I have been an excellent mentor to several of my colleagues and junior staff. I have a passion for sharing my skills and knowledge.
