I have completed my graduation and post graduation in English Literature and thereafter, completed a degree in Bachelor's of Education(B.Ed) from Amity University, Noida, U.P. Through all these years of learning. I have realised that Education is not a destination but an ever going journey. English language is all about exploration and there is no particular method to teach English as it is filled with variety and through which stems the scope of experimentation. During various internship experiences under B.Ed curriculum in both private and government setups, I have taught students from 6th to 10th. The whole experience had taught me the profundity of how every step makes a difference. With them, I have had the opportunity to develop capacities in children by providing them with language training in English. In my humble opinion, being able to make a positive difference even if it's through the smallest contribution one can accommodate is what ripples the way for a change. Since language is the basic unit used to express what one feels or desires. Keeping this in mind, I adopted various methods wherein students were able to learn the subject by getting engaged in it constructively. The methods were ranged from group activities, language games to the use of ICT, so that they apply their knowledge practically. Also, conducted events such as plays, workshop, and recreational activities wherein students were able to express themselves. Apart from academics, I have done internships and projects which were in line with the Education Sector. Previously, I was involved with an internship under Government of Andhra Pradesh for its project "AP Janmabhoomi" as a Core team, HR intern. I learned to effectively act as a point of contact between the interns and the officials. The experience gained from the aforementioned internship helped me to enhance the qualities of leadership and management skills. Later, I was appreciated for my work and was given a letter of recommendation from the government itself. Later, in order to apply my acquired knowledge into practice, I also went for "YLAC- Policy in Action program" which provided intricacies on governance models and also did a project under Mr. Dushyant Chautala ( Lok Sabha) Member of Parliament. The project, "Tackling Youth Unemployment in Haryana" gave me an opportunity to interact with great visionaries and helped me a lot in terms of practical exposure.

As an ESL teacher, so far I have 3 years of teaching experience. Through the process of learning and teaching, I have learnt how to take constructive criticism and feedback and have worked on it to improvise my classroom and myself. I believe that one should have a lot of grit and determination to keep learning and growing. We all learn something or the other from everyone around us. And each environment teaches us something positive. I was fortunate enough to be engaged with great mentors which has helped me to develop my skillset.
