I know the fact very well. thanks for reminding. But almost three fourth of India is aware of Hindi. And English is the language used where ever British ruled.

First of all, eliminate the thought that you can"t speak fluent English. Enhance your vocabulary by listening, reading and using it in your communication. If you use newly learnt words, it remains in mind. First, visualise that you are speaking fluently, then start practising and thinking in English.
