Somethings never get old. Like a Training session on "Time Management". I see the same presentations that guide today's interventions that we used to run one and a half decades ago :)
The module gives a feel of being more authoritative than collaborative. An organization wishing to Train people on "Time Management", eventually wants the participants to manage time according to the schedule of the organization.
I strongly feel that priorities cannot be thrust. I delved more and found that there seems to be no room for breath in the way people design their Time Management sheets/ plan. It is such a compact work plan, which even has no place for time to think beyond work at all. It sure does not give a feel of being realistic.
It seems too robotic to see people writing "Play Football... etc." in their schedule...
It should instead be set based on Priority.
I have helped many who were indecisive about their priorities....!!
