Hello, I am B.Tech graduate in CSE from Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University, Delhi with 82%. I am getting placed in TCS as Assistant System Engineer. I don't why I am rejected from Top Most IT Industry HR/Managerial Interview. As, I have always cleared technical interview. I need some guidance related with HR/Managerial interview to enhance my attitude according to them. And now I am not happy with TCS. I want to switch from this either with higher studies (MBA/MS) or better job.

Working scenario also differs for each employee, possible that few things you may not like at work but other employee may not have any issue with the same. Each one their own set of satisfaction level and priorities.
