Well, so far my training experience is concerned I will state that I have been training Individuals & groups since 10 years. Even myself, have participated in bodybuilding competition and gained second position in my category at state championship. And also through trial & errors I planned and schedule many individual programs for my clients, by what they gained immense positive results. Also, I am very good at weight & strength training specially, so any athlete or individual who is suppose to increase the strength, then I would be a proven asset for them. Fitness is the only thing which excites me & I feel very happy when I train people to their maximum potential. Being fit has given me so much in life that I am very thankful to God & also at the same time I feel fortunate enough to give my personal experience and the knowledge which I have gained through years to the needful ones. Health is the first and foremost wealth, I completely believe in it. And I will stick to it for whomsoever connects with me. Thanks
